This is Heath-Baby at the border with our packs. We were laid up here for an hour or so, and then they didn't even give us the right stamps which caused problems later on. And then, we couldn't find an ATM that took Cirrus and the Bus Station's credit card system was down. We eventually got to Sao Paulo though. (I sold my body for some pretty good $$) We stayed one night in the Japan Town part of Sao Paulo. Below are some pictures of the area: |
Below is the Piu-Piu Cafe. Great Brazilian music, good service, and a great atmosphere. They had some special class performing songs of famous Brazilian composer. They were really quite excellent. |
